First off, here are the swatches of all seven products I received from the collection.
L – R: Bondi Perfect Pout Lipstick, Bossa Nova Perfect Pout Lipstick, Biz Lip Lacquer, Baby Lip Lacquer, Rose Glow On-The-Go Cream Highlighter, The Filter Contour & Glow Cream, and (transparent) Glow Skin Perfecting Beauty Balm.
These come in five shades and I’m glad I received two of the most natural-looking ones because they’re perfect for everyday wear! Bondi is a warm pale pink, and Bossa Nova (my favorite!) is just a tinge darker than my natural lip color – it’s sort of like a muted pinkish brown.
The formula is very creamy and application was very smooth with little-to-no tugging. And I love the click packaging!
These high shine lip lacquers that gives fuller-looking lips come in five shades, similar to ones in the lipstick range, and they’re all absolutely wearable shades. Shades I received were Biz, a brownish pink nude that goes perfectly with the Bossa Nova lipstick, and Batby, a light peach. I don’t see any specks of shimmer or glitter in these, but they certainly make the lips look so much fuller. They’re certainly not opaque, but they’re not completely sheer either.
I like how comfortable they are on the lips – they’re not goopy or sticky at all. The scent reminds me of jelly beans (yum!) but they don’t linger at all, so if you don’t like scented products, these should be fine for you.
These cream highlighters claim to be subtle, natural highlighters to spotlight your best features, leaving a sheer, next-level glow without sparkle. They come in three colors are I received the shade Rose Glow, which is a rosy pink tinted highlighter.
The texture is very smooth and was very easy to apply. Don’t expect this to give you a crazy amount of glow, this isn’t supposed to be an intense highlighter like ones from Sleek Makeup, Becca and Cover FX. Since it’s slightly tinted, I love using this on its own on my cheeks. This reminds me of the Charlotte Tilbury Beach Sticks – too sheer for a blush, but gives a subtle tint with a natural-looking shimmerless glow.
These are certainly more on the expensive side, but a tiny bit goes a long way so this should last you a while.
This duo looks so intimidating at first – the white highlighting shade looks so paper-white and pale, and the brown contour color looks so dark! However, they do blend and sheer out pretty well.
The highlighter isn’t shimmery at all, but it’s honestly a bit too sheer for my liking. However, the contour is actually pretty amazing. It’s super pigmented and opaque, so make sure you only pick up a tiny bit of product on your fingertips. A teeny tiny little bit goes a long way if you’re light/medium skinned like me. What I love about this is that it will work for all skin tones because it’s very, very buildable.
GLOW Skin Perfecting Beauty Balm is light enough to be suitable for all skin types. I use it daily as an all in one beauty balm and moisturiser to give me a luminous bare-faced look, or as a priming base under my makeup.
All in all, I can tell that these products were carefully curated and the packaging is just so sleek and luxurious. If I were to repurchase just one or two products from the collection it would absolutely have to be the lip products! I’m so, so happy with the lip lacquers and lipsticks I will absolutely be purchasing some for backup as they are limited edition.
