Mirenesse 1 Step Contour Stick First Impressions Review + Demo + Giveaway

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPTdwthM9Ag

Hey guys!

After blogging for over two years I’ve finally decided to create my first video! Check out my first impressions review and demonstration of the Mirenesse 1 Step Contour Stick available from Sephora Australia in the video embedded below.

Also don’t forget to join the giveaway! Details on how to enter below 😉

Product

The Mirenesse 1-Step Contour Stick or Shona-Art Tri-Contour V Face Sculpting Stick is a limited-edition triple-coloured contour stick created in collaboration with Australian artist Shona Underwood.

Contour like a pro with the innovative triple-tone contour stick, designed to sculpt and enhance your features with a natural-looking matte finish. The contour sculpting stick is formulated with hyaluronate to retain moisture and refine the appearance of fine lines. Hypersmooth pigments create a smooth satin finish while natural minerals absorb excess shine without over drying. (Sephora.com.au)

I forgot to mention in the video that this product can be used on the face AND body!

Packaging

The product comes in a slim-twist up packaging and feels pretty sturdy and durable. I like that it wasn’t flimsy or shaky even when I was applying the product on my face and body.

Formula

I love the texture and consistency – it’s very creamy, smooth, and blendable. It doesn’t sheer out completely when blended out, which is good. It also doesn’t dry out too fast, which gives us time to blend it out well before it sets.

I also like that it has a creamy matte finish that feels very lightweight and soft on the skin, even without setting powder.

Application

Application was very easy and smooth. I like that it’s got three colors in one! You actually don’t have to apply all three colors at once, I wish I hadn’t used all three colors in my jawline. I now only use the darkest color on my jawline and it looks much better.

This product did take a while to blend as you can see in the video, but the results are worth the wait.

Color

I like how the color is not too warm or orange, but not too cool or grey toned either – it’s the perfect, neutral, in-between color that I think would work with so many different skin tones!
