Now that it’s spring, we need something with sufficient coverage from cold chills and wind gusts, but still airy enough for days under the scorching sun.

Hey, loves! I have a fun post for you today.
I came across Beti of Makeup Sessions’ “Fall Favorites Tag” on her blog and loved it, so I thought I’d recreate it to suit the season I’m in right now – Spring!

I never really appreciated this foundation until I had a major acne rampage these past few weeks. My skin went nuts from a new skincare line I was trying out (definitely not the Context Skincare or Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar Dry* which I’ve just reviewed! LOL.) so my former go-to foundation, the Bourjois Nude Sensation, which I’ve reviewed here, has no longer been able to even out the redness and unevenness on my skin as it has a much sheerer finish.
I still highly recommend it though, but if you have problematic skin, you might want to check this line of foundations out.
I hereby present to you my Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless review!
Hey, you guise. After using these for some time, I can finally write up my thoughts on these beauties.
These are two of seven of the Real Techniques Bold Metals Collection which were just released in Australia a few months ago.
For a drugstore brush collection, these are pretty darn expensive. They cost about AU$60 at Priceline and US$25.99 at Ulta (why, Australia, WHY?!). So, the question is, are they worth every penny?
Check out my Real Techniques Bold Metals review below.
(Pssst… they’re currently on sale on Amazon!)
